Bladder Cancer
- Bladder cancer is the abnormal growth of cells that make up the bladder. Bladder cancer is responsible for approximately 3% of all malignancies diagnosed in Australia each year.
- Bladder Pain
- Bladder pain is discomfort that originates in the urinary bladder and manifests as pain in the middle part of the lower abdomen, lower back, or groin. The bladder is a hollow, elastic, and muscular organ that expands and contracts while collecting and storing urine from the kidneys before disposal through urination.
- Blood in the Urine (Hematuria)

- Elevated PSA
- Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a protein produced by cells of the prostate gland. The prostate gland is a small, walnut-sized gland situated between the bladder and the penis.
- Enlarged Prostate
- Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy or BPH is a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland. It is also referred to as Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
- Erectile Dysfunction
- Erectile dysfunction, or ED, can refer to a total inability to achieve erection, firm enough for sexual intercourse, an inconsistent ability to do so, or a tendency to sustain only brief erections.
- Hydrocele
- The testes are surrounded by a thin layer of tissue called the tunica vaginalis. Under some circumstances, fluid can accumulate between this layer and the testicle.
- Kidney Stones
- The kidneys are two bean-shaped organs that help in the removal of wastes from the body.
- Kidney Tumors
- The human body has two kidneys that filter the blood of waste and excrete it out of the body as urine.
- Overactive Bladder
- The act of urination is controlled by nerve impulses triggered by a full urinary bladder (temporary storage unit of urine).
- Post Prostatectomy Erectile Dysfunction
- Post prostatectomy erectile dysfunction is a postoperative complication that is defined as the inability to attain and maintain a sufficient erection for satisfactory sexual intercourse post removal of a partial or complete prostate gland to treat prostate cancer.
- Premature Ejaculation
- Premature ejaculation is ejaculation prior to the desired time in sexual intercourse. Premature ejaculation comes in two forms: life-long and acquired. In the first, the patient has never been able to delay ejaculation more than two minutes since their first sexual encounter. In the second, there has been a significant worsening of the time to ejaculation.
- Peyronie's Disease
- The male penis serves as a sexual organ and outlet for urine. It consists of 2 cylindrical bodies that lie side by side (corpora cavernosa) and are surrounded by a layer of connective tissue called the tunica albuginea.
- Prostate Cancer
- Prostate cancer is the most common cancer found in men. It is estimated that the risk of a man being diagnosed with prostate cancer by his 85th birthday is 1 in 5.
- Prostatectomy Erectile Dysfunction
- Post prostatectomy erectile dysfunction is a postoperative complication that is defined as the inability to attain and maintain a sufficient erection for satisfactory sexual intercourse post removal of a partial or complete prostate gland to treat prostate cancer.

- Urethral Strictures
- The urethra is a tube through which urine, stored in the bladder, is passed outside the body. A urethral stricture is an abnormal area of constriction along the length of the urethra that reduces or obstructs the flow of urine. It is more common in males as the urethra is longer, passing through the penis and prostate gland.
- Urinary Incontinence
- Urinary incontinence is the loss of normal control of the bladder and involuntary loss of urine.
- Urinary Incontinence in Men
- Urine is formed in the kidneys and then passes through the ureters (narrow tubes) into the bladder, where it is temporarily stored until you are ready to urinate.
- Urinary Incontinence in Women
- Urine is formed in the kidneys and then passes through the ureters (narrow tubes) into the bladder, where it is temporarily stored until you are ready to urinate.
